La estructura
Not se mete detrás de will, y el resto se queda fijo:
They will not have been waiting. → They won’t have been waiting.
By Friday she won’t have been working here for long — only three weeks.
Tranquilizar
Don’t worry, they won’t have been standing there more than ten minutes.
He won’t be tired because he won’t have been driving funciona; he’ll be exhausted because he won’t have been sleeping también, pero hay que leerlas con cuidado.
«Para el viernes no llevará mucho trabajando aquí» se reconstruye con won’t have been working here for long.

Incorrecto: She doesn't will have been working. correcto: She won't have been working.
Will forma su propio negativo.
Incorrecto: He won't have been finished by then. correcto: He won't have finished by then.
