Cómo decidir, por orden
- ¿Hay una preposición delante? Entonces -ing, siempre. interested in going
- ¿El primer verbo es un modal? Entonces el verbo simple. can go
- ¿Es make o let? Entonces el verbo simple. made me go
enjoy, avoid, finish, mind, suggest, practice, imagine, consider, admit, deny, miss, postpone, delay, keep, give up, put off, dislike, can’t stand, risk, involve
decide, hope, want, plan, agree, promise, refuse, manage, offer, learn, choose, expect, arrange, intend, prepare, afford, pretend, seem, fail, deserve, tend
She asked me to wait. They told him to leave. I want you to listen. The doctor advised her to rest.
Suggest no entra en este grupo. He suggested me to go está mal; es He suggested that I go o He suggested going.
Swimming is good exercise. Getting up early is hard.
It is hard to get up early.
| remember to lock it | no olvidarlo |
| remember locking it | tener el recuerdo |
| stop to rest | parar para descansar |
| stop resting | dejar de descansar |
| try to call | intentarlo |
I want that you come sino I want you to come.
